Competition (recognition award) /// To achieve a minimal footprint, we have placed the clusters of the school as lightweight structure on top of the municipal sports hall. There is sufficient space on top of the sports hall to organise the four clusters with the greatest possible quality. All classes are consistently orientated towards the outside and offer good visual connections into the learning zones. The flexible usability of the learning zones and the direct access to outside areas are particularly important to us, as adaptive atmospheres are a prerequisite for successful learning and working. With this in mind, the group rooms can be used as extended learning zones or as separate rooms. The teaching material is placed in walk-in cabinets within the clusters. The various orientation of the clusters creates different lighting moods and makes the change of the light visible throughout the day.
