We are a proud runner-up and delighted to have been recognised by the jury!

The modernised estate of LFS Kleßheim shines at the outside and offers attractive workshops at the inside. New and old building parts complement each other and offer a wide range of possible uses. With its archetypal shape, the tradional building form continues to characterise the overall appearance.
The existing building with its beautiful attic offers more space than needed. Therefore, only those areas are fully developed (heated) that are necessary to accommodate the room programme. The remaining attic spaces serve as strategic spatial reserves and offer various seasonal uses (school festivities, events, summer workshop, etc.).
