Invited competition entry (3rd place) /// in collaboration with Caspar Wichert Architektur /// Working on the competition meant dealing with the architectural heritage of Kapfhammer and Frisee. A school building that was designed by strictly following the international architectural trends of the 1960s should be extended. A coherently designed building that is hardly suitable for extension through. Nevertheless, we gave it a try and created additional spaces for the service kitchen, the teaching kitchen and the dining hall in a new base storey that is integrated into the hill.
