As architects, we work with enthusiasm on the sustainable development of our built environment – an enthusiasm that is expressed both in individual building projects, as well as in analyses and research projects. As consultants, we accompany projects from an early stage on and offer our clients support with the increasing complexity of the development, planning and implementation of construction projects. This results in collaborations at various scales – from the facilitation of communication processes over the development of tailormade designs to the planning of highly specialised buildings.
Open South North Architecture Practice is a cross-border architecture practice with offices in Vienna and Sarajevo. OSNAP doo was founded in Sarajevo in 2007. Since 2017 OSNAP ZT GmbH is active in Vienna and beyond. Common projects are implemented as joint ventures.

CHRISTOPH HINTERREITER
Born in Grieskirchen, Austria in 1976. Studied Architecture and Urban Planning at the University of Technology in Graz and at the University of Edinburgh. Worked for architecture offices in Austria and Germany, the World University Service in Sarajevo and the BiH War Crimes Chamber Project. Member of Chamber of Architects Vienna and Association of Architects BiH.

Born in Dornbirn, Austria in 1975. Studied Architecture and Urban Planning at the University of Technology in Graz and at the University of Central England in Birmingham. Worked for architecture offices in Vienna and Vorarlberg. Member of Chamber of Architects Vienna.

GERD WOCHEIN
Born in Villach, Austria. Trained in carpentry with a specialisation in furniture making at HTL Villach. Subsequently studied architecture and urban planning at Graz University of Technology (Austria) and Delft University of Technology (the Netherlands). Completed his diploma thesis in architecture in Tibet (China) and Ladakh (India). Further postgraduate training in project management. Worked as an architect and project manager for governmental and non-governmental organisations. Headed the Architecture and Project Management Unit at the Office of the High Representative (OHR) in Sarajevo. Co-founded the architecture practice OSNAP in Sarajevo. Currently Head of the Department of Interior Architecture and Wood Technologies at HTL Villach.
