We are a proud runner-up and delighted to have been recognised by the jury!
The modernised estate of the LFS Kleßheim shines on the outside and offers attractive practice rooms on the inside. New and old parts of the building complement each other and offer a wide range of possible uses. With its archetypal shapes, the existing continues to characterise the overall appearance.
The existing building with its beautiful attic offers more space than is needed. Therefore, only those areas will be fully developed (heated) that are necessary for the implementation of the room programme. The remaining areas are suitable for seasonal use (parties, events, summer workshop, etc.) and serve as weather-protected access and strategic space reserves.
